Thanks for using MetaDrive.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using Metadrive or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement.

We’ll start with the basics, including a few definitions that should help you understand this agreement. Metadrive is an application for Google apps to boost your team collaboration with advanced findability options like: Custom metadata, Advanced search, Folder and sub folders data consolidation, customizable views, and more. Metadrive is owned and operated by EvenBytes S.L. a Spain limited liability corporation (“EvenBytes,” “we,” or “us”). EvenBytes has employees, independent contractors, and representatives («our Team»). As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”).

These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions under which you (while you are a member) a’re allowed to use Metadrive and the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client‟s needs in respect of provision of Metadrive services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Spanish Law.

1. Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Here you can find our Privacy Policy statements.

2. Eligibility

In order to use Metadrive beta, you must:

Be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts
Agree to the Terms
Have a Google Apps Account.

By using Metadrive, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use Metadrive in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Metadrive may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Represent and Warrant “Representing and warranting” is like making a legally enforceable promise.

3. Term

The Term begins when you sign up for MetaDrive and continues as long as you use the Service. Clicking the button “Authorize Metadrive” means that you’ve officially “signed” the Terms. If you sign up for Metadrive on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Payment

From January 2015, the use of Metadrive will go to a freemium version and licenses should be purchased. Banks transfers and Paypal are acceptable methods of payment. Licenses should be purchased previously to the use.

Monthly or yearly basis payments will be allowed. We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement if licenses payment are not satisfied after a courtesy period of 30 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

As licenses are purchased beforehand to the use, any notice of cancellation will imply to stop the service at the end of the paid period.

If the cancellation notification is received in the courtesy period of 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately and ask for the payment of the service used.

Notification should be sent via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing..

6. Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

7. Availability

You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness of Metadrive for your particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

If this company or this service is finished, Metadrive code will be shared with those clients paying the service so that they can continue using the service on their premises and evolving it.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets some rules that you have to follow as a Metadrive user. Some are dictated by the law, some are common sense (do unto others).

9. Changes

We may change any of the Terms by posting revised Terms of Use on our Website and/or by sending an email to the last email address you gave us. Unless you terminate your account within ten (10) days, the new Terms will be effective immediately and apply to any continued or new use of Metadrive. We may change the Website, the Service, or any features of the Service at any time.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company‟s services and the full content of this application.
